We make every piece to order (typically 5–7 business days), so one honest note up front: order ornaments by December 15 for guaranteed Christmas delivery — that date is for ornaments; larger pieces need more lead time (details at the bottom).

How ordering works (and that December 15 date again)

  1. Pick the design, pick a finish. Most ornaments come in unfinished or 11 stained/painted finishes.
  2. Add the personalization — name, year, short message — right on the product page. We engrave it exactly as you type it, so give it one proofread.
  3. We make it. Nothing here is sitting in a warehouse: your piece is designed by us, cut and engraved on one of our seven lasers, finished, and packed in Carmel, Indiana. Made to order typically takes 5–7 business days.
  4. Order ornaments by December 15 and Christmas delivery is guaranteed. One honest exception: that guarantee is for ornaments. Larger pieces — the big trellises, multi-panel wall art — take longer to make and ship, so we can't promise those by Christmas even at the December 15 mark; order those as early as you can and we'll tell you straight what we can do. After the 15th we'll still be making and shipping ornaments as fast as the lasers allow — we just stop promising.
