How long will my order take?

Everything is made to order. Production typically takes 5–7 business days, then delivery runs 2–6 business days within the US. You'll get tracking by email once your order ships. Personalized and custom orders can take a little longer — we'll tell you if there's a delay.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time — we ship within the US only.

Can I get a personalized ornament?

Yes. Most of our 2-layer ornaments can be engraved with a name, a date, or a short message — just add your personalization at checkout. If you're not sure a design can take text, ask us before you order.

What finishes can I choose from?

Most pieces come in up to 12 finishes, from Unstained and Natural Stain through Walnut, Ebony, and Black. Select pieces also offer metallic paints — Bright Gold, Bright Silver, Bright Copper, and Bronze Metallic. The product page shows exactly what that piece offers.

What are your products made of?

Laser-cut wood, hand-finished in our Carmel, Indiana workshop. Our Colossal trellises are Baltic birch. Every piece is cut, engraved, and finished after you order it — nothing is pulled off a shelf.

Are the trellises for indoor or outdoor use?

Indoor. Our trellises are furniture for houseplants — they're built for pots and planters inside the home.

What's your return policy?

Since everything is made to order, we don't accept returns. But if your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us right away at help@downsizeddesigns.net and we'll make it right.

When should I order for Christmas?

Order ornaments by December 15 for guaranteed Christmas delivery. Larger pieces — trellises, multi-panel wall art — take longer to make and ship, and aren't guaranteed by Christmas even when ordered by the 15th, so order those early.

Do you do wholesale or corporate gifts?

Yes — ornaments, magnets, bar signs, bottle openers, and wine keys wholesale well, and we make custom logo ornaments and engraved corporate frames. See our Corporate Gifts page or write to Steve@downsizeddesigns.net.

Can I pick up locally?

Carmel-area customers can arrange pickup — contact us at help@downsizeddesigns.net and we'll set it up.

Can you make a custom design?

Often, yes — custom signs, logo work, and variations on our designs are regular work here. Get in touch with what you have in mind.
