How yours is made

The OMTech laser cutting a wood design in the Downsized Designs workshop in Carmel, Indiana

Cut in Carmel

Your piece is laser-cut to order in our Carmel, Indiana workshop — nothing is pulled from a warehouse shelf.

A hand sanding a freshly laser-cut wood panel in the Downsized Designs workshop

Finished by hand

Edges are sanded and your finish is applied by hand, so the color you picked is the color that ships.

Hands checking a finished personalized wood volleyball ornament engraved with the name Jade

Personalized & checked

The finished piece is checked against your order before it is packed.

A finished Tic Tac Hockey wood game packed in its shipping box with bubble wrap

Packed & shipped

Made to order in 5–7 business days, then shipped — that wait is the making, not a backlog.
